The mission of Princeton AlumniCorps is toupports community organizations committed to building a more just, equitable and sustainable society by developing and engaging young leaders and professionals of all ages to advance social change. We pursue our mission by (a) Providing leadership training programs across the arc of civic engagement, (b) building an expansive community of engaged citizens and organizations, and (c) creating and deepening social impact. Our programs are national in scope and operate in Boston, Chicago, New Jersey, New York, Philadelphia, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Washington, DC. We are volunteer-led, with an actively engaged Board of Directors and more than 200 volunteers whose time and talents make our programs possible.

PRINCETON PROJECT 55 (PP55)FELLOWSHIPS (FORMERLY PUBLIC INTEREST PROGRAM AND PUBLIC HEALTH FELLOWSHIPS) THE MISSION OF ALUMNICORPS' PROJECT 55 FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM IS TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR RECENT PRINCETON GRADUATES TO DEVELOP A LIFELONG COMMITMENT TO CIVIC ENGAGEMENT AND TO PREPARE FOR CIVIC LEADERSHIP. SINCE OUR INCEPTION, WE HAVE PLACED MORE THAN 1800 ALUMNI IN THE PROGRAM WITH MORE THAN 500 NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS. THIS PAST YEAR, 56 FELLOWS COMPLETED THEIR FELLOWSHIP YEAR. THEY WERE SUPPORTED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR BY LOCAL ALUMNI VOLUNTEERS AND EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS. ALUMNI AND NONPROFIT PROGRAM PARTNERS WERE SURVEYED: IN 2018-19, 93% OF PROJECT 55 FELLOWS WOULD RECOMMEND THE PROJECT 55 PROGRAM TO OTHER RECENT ALUMNI. 98% OF THE NONPROFITS THAT PARTICIPATED IN THE PROGRAM WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANOTHER NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION.
