Developmental disability programs include an array of services intended to assist individuals with developmental disabilities to live successfully in the community and develop skills toward achieving a meaningful life at the highest possible level of independence. Programs include individual support services (ISS) and community supported living arrangements (CSLA), provided to individuals in need of community based support services to live successfully in the community; family support services (FSS), provided to families with children with developmental disabilities in need of support to remain together in the community; day habilitation services, provided to individuals in need of structured day programming and community integration support; supported employment, provided to individuals in need of job development and job coaching; residential services, provided to individuals with a brain injury in need of supportive supervised housing, and behavioral support services, provided to individuals in need of behavioral assessment and consultation. All individuals in our developmental disability programs also receive case management and transportation services. These programs served 1,116 individuals in FY 2019.
