Mpact Global Action for Gay Men’s Health and Rights was founded in 2006 by a group of activists concerned about the disproportionate HIV disease burden shouldered by gay men and other men who have sex with men. Mpact works at the intersection of sexual health and human rights. We are linked to more than 120 community-based organizations in 62 countries who are leading innovative community-led solutions to the challenges faced by gay and bisexual men around the world. Mpact's mission is to advocate for equitable access to effective HIV prevention, care, treatment, and support services for gay men and bisexual men, including those living with HIV, while promoting their health and human rights worldwide.

Bridging the Gaps (Technical Support Program): Mpact delivers high-quality and specialized technical support in the form of funding, training and technical assistance to community-based organizations, non-governmental organizations and healthcare providers.
