Mission

Memory & Movement Charlotte opened in 2013 as a nonprofit medical practice devoted to a different kind of care. We offer a family-focused approach to Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and other memory and movement disorders. At the heart of our practice is a commitment to provide medical expertise, time and resources to treat, educate and support each patient and family (caregivers) as we navigate this journey together.

About

The Charlotte Neuroscience Foundation dba Memory Center Charlotte is a non-profit created to impact the lives of those individuals living with Alzheimer's and related dementias and those who care for them through an in-depth assessment of the medical, safety and behavioral needs of the patient. Our goal is to empower famililes by increasing their knowledge of the disease process upon the diagnosis and assisting and educating them in the transitions and challenges that lie ahead.
