Mobile Hope was created to improve the social determinants of health for young people, 24 years of age or younger, who are disadvantaged, precariously housed or homeless.

Homeless services program - Mobile Hope operates from our headquarters in Leesburg and reaches offsite through our mobile bus. Mobile Hope works with Loudoun County Public Schools, the faith community, first responders, community stakeholders and other human service organizations to identify young people in need 24 and younger. Our mobile unit (bus) provides off-site services to those who often struggle with transportation issues. Clients are also seen at our facility in Leesburg to receive life skills, wrap around services and individualized support. Our intensive case management in partnership with our client works to identify barriers as we work diligently to increase their opportunities to become successful and self sufficient members of our community. From jobs and employment readiness to housing, schooling and health we are a full service organization meeting all of their identified needs.
