Mission

Our mission is to provide feline leukemia positive cats with a peaceful, healthy environment so they may live as normal a life as possible. Ralphies Retreat was designed and built with large windows and glass doors to optimize sunlight. There are several catwalks with ladder access. The cats have access to a large, grassy, fenced yard with several climbable trees. Our cats are fed a high quality diet. The cats are treated with a variety of alternative medicines: an antiviral, Retromad1, LTCI, a lymphocyte T-cel immunomodulator and antibiotics, as needed.

Since 2013, Ralphies Retreat has taken in 26 cats. Currently, there are 5 resident cats and 3 in a foster home. A vet tech lives next door to the shelter and has access to the animals 24/7.
