Community development opened a Haitian government certified professional school for women and girls in Croix de Bouquets, Haiti. Opened a satellite professional school in remote village of Cotin, Haiti. Established committee of all women to assess the needs of the community and provide direction for those things needed most. Provided employment for 26 Haitians to carry out all projects. These jobs include teachers, nurses, cooks, secretaries, bookkeeping etc. Established community garden in Croix de Bouquets. Developed plan for reunification of 38 orphanage children with their families. 14 children were reunified with families. 23 children are left. Plan also includes purchasing land and building 11 houses for families to live. Plan was approved by Haitian government branch IBESR.
