The Home Team Advantage Program is an innovative program and housing model that uses a "team approach" to create permanent change in the lives of those in need, providing families with case-managed housing that restores relationship and community. Through the Home Team Advantage Program, the Organization works with other local non-profit charitable and religious organizations to provide families with stable, affordable housing and necessary social support services to allow participating families to achieve long-term stability, independence and ultimately homeownership VICTORY! During 2018, we received a gift of our second home, Home Team #2 and in 2019, we continue to provide housing for two families in need of stability and support.
