From its inception until shortly before the end of its June 30, 2013 fiscal year, SBIA, Inc. contracted with staffing companies for approximately 40 employees to support operations and maintenance of the San Bernardino International Airport Authority ("SBIAA"), a local government agency. Annual fees for contracting were less than $10,000 plus payroll costs. In addition, SBIA, Inc. held SBIAA fueling contracts to facilitate SBIAA airport operations.Shortly before the end of its June 30, 2013 fiscal year, SBIA, Inc. ended its fueling contracts held for SBIAA and continues to no longer participate in this function. SBIA, Inc. has also ended its contracting role with the payroll service as contracted airport staff have been hired by SBIAA as employees in fiscal year 2017.
