We inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience based curriculum which creatively integrates running. We provide an after school program at schools throughout the Twin Cities, MN metro area for girls aged 3rd – 8th grade. Over a 10 week session we combine lessons covering areas such as self-confidence, healthy relationships, team work and community with physical activity and running. At the end of each 10 week session the girls participate in a celebratory 5k event.
