Missouri Environmental Literacy Advisory Board MELAB --MELAB is a group of groups that meets semiannually to work on state-wide environmental educaton projects. MEEA coordinates the meetings and carries out work on the projets between meetings. These include developing standards and assessments for measuring environmental literacy, developing a pipeline of environmental leadership activities for children, youth and young adults and starting a green schools program.
