Mission

Homes of Hope India-US, a 501c3 registered charity, works in orphanages, schools, junior colleges and social empowerment centres throughout India to: *rescue, shelter and educate orphaned, marginalized and trafficked girls *educate the poorest of the poor, both girls and boys *empower women and improve the lives of poor families We work in both South and North India. We have built 16 orphanages, administered by Salesian, Franciscan Clarist, Carmelite, and Holy Spirit sisters. We care for, love and educate over 1,000 girls. Without a Home of Hope, they would face a life of grinding poverty. Our resilient young women who have lived in Homes of Hope are now nurses, computer programmers, office managers, medical technicians and accountants. Together, we have broken the cycle of poverty.
