Leadership Greater Rochester - The LGR Class of 2018-19 implemented the Be the Bridge Project, an initiative that aims to connect mentors with available mentees in the Greater Rochester area. The awareness-building project will inform the community of mentorship and need, align mentors with youth organizations through a web-based application, and activate the workforce to invest in the future. As part of the program, the class are also aiming to raise $25,000 and host a grant through the Rochester Area Foundation that will support mentorship organizations.
