Health Education and Prevention Programs reach seniors with important preventive health information. Activities include exercise (Tai-Chi Quan-Moving for a better balance). The culturally-tailored congregate meals program served 115 clients a total of 8,220 meals It promotes good health, improves nutrition status, and increases socialization.
