TO PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICES TO SUPPORT THE HEALTH, DIGNITY AND INDEPENDENCE OF OUR PATIENTS.FAIRVIEW HOME CARE AND HOSPICE PROVIDES QUALITY MEDICAL HEALTHCARE REGARDLESS OF RACE, CREED, SEX, NATIONAL ORIGIN, HANDICAP, AGE, OR ABILITY TO PAY. FAIRVIEW HOME CARE AND HOSPICE PROVIDES A WIDE RANGE OF SERVICES, SUCH AS REHABILITATION THERAPY, NURSING CARE, SOCIAL SERVICES, SPIRITUAL HEALTH SERVICES, PERSONAL CARE SERVICES. SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDE PROVIDING CONSISTENT AND APPROPRIATE CARE TO ALL PATIENTS, REGARDLESS OF PAYER REIMBURSEMENT FOR SERVICES, ETHNICITY AND ABILITY TO PAY. PATIENTS RECEIVE SERVICES 24 HOURS/DAY AS THEY ARE NEEDED AND REGARDLESS OF TRAVEL DISTANCE OR ACUITY OF THEIR PHYSICAL OR MENTAL CONDITION.
