Residential direct care program Kadima's residential direct care program has three licensed homes staffed 24 hours a day, and thirteen homes that are staffed between 8 and 24 hours per day. Staffing services include assistance with bathing, eating, dressing, transportation, medication delivery, shopping, monitoring/support, transportation to medical appointments, and medication set-up. With residential services; prepared meals, housekeeping assistance, utilities, phone, cable and internet are also included.
