Family Violence Prevention ProgramsThe Organization conducts national work in all US States and territories. The nationally assisted Family Violence Prevention Program is comprised of three initiatives - the STOP Technical Assistance to Administrators Resource Project (STAAR), Consolidated Youth Technical Assistance (CYTA) and the Underserved Technical Assistance Project. STAAR is focused on developing and strengthening criminal justice and community-based responses to address domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and stalking. CYTA is focused on addressing the needs of children and youth exposed to violence by providing training and technical assistance to those who serve them. The Underserved TA Project is focused on addressing the needs of victims of gender-based violence from underserved communities, including LGBTQ, deaf, and religious minority communities, by providing training and technical assistance to those who serve them.
