Partners in Youth Opportunity is a multi-year, multi-service program serving students (as early as rising 8th graders) from all over Durham County, representing every public high school. We follow our students throughout their first year of college. We choose our students based on the following criteria:-Qualify for free and reduced lunch-Are first generation immigrants-Have family members previously or currently incarceratedWe provide workforce development, academic support, community-based mentoring and opportunities to connect.
