The positive and practical influence of H.I.M. has continued to increase yearly as the ripples continue from the long term relationships and the investments made over the past 16 years. Although it is nearly impossible to measure the amount of training, discipleship, educating, encouragement, networking and ministering that takes place daily, H.I.M. sees the impact of the efforts through changed lives, generations changed, and the number of believers growing. H.I.M. continues to expand with staff and partners who directly influence thousands of people around the world. Over 1,000 orphans and 2,900 students in over 35 schools and orphanages are directly helped - primarily in India, Pakistan and Nicaragua. New vehicles, scooters, motorcycles and bicycles have been provided to many, enabling them to reach, help and minister to thousands in very rural areas, who would otherwise be unreached. Thousands of people are also helped in practical ways through education, supplies and weekly programs in more than 800 churches, home groups or mission centers. H.I.M. has also partnered with other organizations to meet the needs of those in underdeveloped or underserved areas of the world or those needing disaster relief. For example, to meet the physical needs, many items such as medical, hygiene and dental supplies and hundreds of water filters have been distributed. H.I.M. also funded several building projects.
