Mission

To provide education and resources for low-carbon solutions in the face of climate change

About

Development of Agraria, a 128-acre farm bought in spring of 2017, into Ohio's first and only center for regenerative practice. Agraria allows us to ground our focus areas of resilient community and regenerative land use into actionable practice. Highlights of 2019 include organic certification of 45 acres rented to local farmers, closing of conservation easements with Tecumseh Land Trust and The Nature Conservancy and research and education partnerships with regional schools and universities, including Central State University, and 1890 land grant and HCBU. We also did significant repairs to our historic barn, erected a hoop house, and developed plans for rotational grazing to build our soil.
