Anti human trafficking. The Houston Area Council on Human Trafficking (HACHT) raises the awareness of human trafficking among the general public. The Houston Health Foundation (HHF) provides fiscal management support to HACHT. In addition, HHF assists HACHT with applications for grants and philanthropic donations.
