Arctic Ice Project, formerly Ice911 Research, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to safely restoring the Earth's natural heat shield to help stabilize the global climate. Loss of reflective Arctic ice is contributing greatly to the current global temperature rise. When Arctic ice lasts longer, the region stays cooler and so does the entire planet. Our most-promising material approach is a safe solution that can be applied now to buy time for the world's nations to move to a more sustainable economy.
