Luminaria contemporary arts festival: held every year in San Antonio since 2008, luminaria is the only multidisciplinary contemporary arts festival of its kind in the United States. This annual arts showcase is open to the public and highlights the work of over 50 San Antonio-based, regional and international artists in a nighttime festival featuring visual arts, dance, music, theatre, performance, poetry, light displays and more.
