Behavioral health program: Peopleworks provides nonbillable and billable psychotherapy services to persons ages 16 to 100, and their families. During the spring 2018, nonbillable sessions were provided by a master's level intern, who was supervised by licensed staff. In addition, psychotherapy clients who have no insurance or who are unable to afford deductibles and copays were given reduced fees. We provided 2,312 billable sessions and approximately 75 nonbillable sessions. Results from a satisfaction survey in December 2018 yielded the highest results ever: 97.5% of responses were in the good or very good categories Peopleworks provides consultations to meadowlark senior center management regarding problematic behaviors of members. We also provide resource information to clients and the general public. Peopleworks also attends a monthly multi-disciplinary team meeting with several community and government entities, discussing at risk adults in the rio rancho and greater albuquerque community. Consultation is given to mdt members regarding mental and behavioral health issues of community members, and we partner with the team to develop strategies for addressing the presenting problems. In the summer of 2018 telehealth capacity was created, with policies and procedures created and implemented.
