GenerateHope provides a safe place for survivors of sex trafficking to be restored through long-term housing, healing, psychotherapy and education. Since recovery from sexual exploitation is a long-term process, GenerateHope provides safety, community, and individualized life skills support to work through the deep trauma and discover a healthy, purpose-filled life. With the help of this personal bridge to long-term healing, she can break a tragic cycle and truly live independently, an inspiration to her community and future generations. We serve in San Diego County and receive inquiries from across the US. GenerateHope is a faith-based organization, driven by the spirit of unconditional love and forgiveness, and a healthy respect for the freedom to explore one's personal beliefs.

SAFE LONG-TERM SHELTER: PROVIDED INDIVIDUAL BEDROOMS FOR 6 TO 7 SURVIVORS AT A TIME PLUS 2 LIVE-IN HOUSE MOMS. WE DELIBERATELY HOUSE AND CARE SURVIVORS AS A SMALL FAMILY TO BEST HEAL IN A TRUSTING AND INTIMATE COMMUNITY. WE PROVIDED ROOM AND BOARD, ALL BASIC NECESSITIES, AND A COMPREHENSIVE RECOVERY PROGRAM FREELY TO OUR RESIDENTS, WHO MAY LIVE IN THE RECOVERY PROGRAM FOR UP TO TWO YEARS.IN 2018, OUR NEW TRANSITION HOME IN CORONADO (CA) OPENED UP 6 MORE BEDS FOR WOMEN WHO HAVE PROGRESSED IN BOTH TRAUMA RECOVERY AND PERSONAL READINESS WHERE COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT. THIS GUIDED INDEPENDENCE SUPPORTS THEIR COLLEGIATE OR VOCATIONAL GOALS, LIVING RENT-FREE FOR A MINIMUM OF SIX MONTHS.
