Genesis Housing Services provides pre-purchase and foreclosure intervention counseling. We helped families prepare for home ownership with obtaining down payment assistance. We evaluated people for mortgage assistance through the Save Our Home AZ program, and were able to recommend approval for many of these borrowers to get monthly mortgage assistance, reinstatement assistance and principal reduction asssitance, and a few people were assited through the modification side of the program. We worked with families/borrowers through national foreclosure prevention program, with our services being paid through the NFMC program.
