In 2018 Heartcry for Change continued to resource and equip a wide range of churches, small groups, church internship programs and leaders networks through seminars, retreats, conferences and smaller gatherings as well as informal mentoring opportunities. The teaching and training focused on subject areas connected with the mission of Heartcry: To help people understand their destiny and calling and equip them to better answer the call of God on their lives. To teach and train people how to pray and intercede for their cities and nationsTo help people connect with and answer their communitys heartcry for change by providing prayer information and other strategies to enable the local church to serve its community, city and nation more effectively and meet social needs where possibleHeartcry continues to supply teaching resources such as books at conferences and audio recordings of teaching and devotional material are available to download from the ministrys website. Donors and supporters had the opportunity to meet and connect with members of the Organization in informal regional gatherings to receive updates on the ministrys projects, including the humanitarian work in Moldova where we have partnered in the building of refuge homes for vulnerable young girls. Prayer information and ministry reports were supplied regularly throughout the year by email newsletter and online via the ministrys website and there has also been a dedicated project page with updates on the social projects such as the work in Moldova.
