To shelter & provide medical care for dogs & cats rescued from animal control facilities & individuals until permanent homes are found for them. Educate the public about daily care and responsibilities of having a family pet.

About

Animal shelter and pet adoption center. Provide daily care and feeding of animals. Dogs and cats are housed in air conditioned buildings. Prior to adoption all animals are given a health check by a licensed veterinarian, are spayed/neutered, have received full vaccinations, have been given their rabies shot and are microchipped. All animals are on monthly heartworm and flea preventative and are de-wormed. Cats are FIV/FELV negative and dogs are tested and treated for heartworm infection, making them HW negative prior to adoption. During 2018, 379 animals were adopted from the shelter.
