Mission
Peaceful Living is a faith-based nonprofit organization which identifies and seeks to engage the gifts of adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. We believe that all individuals deserve to live with a sense of 'belonging' within a faith and overall community where they can express their talents, interests and capabilities. We provide services to more than 200 families. Our target population is individuals over 21 years of age with intellectual disabilities and autism. Various specific diagnosis fall within this criteria such as Down Syndrome, Apert Syndrome, Asperger's Syndrome and others. We currently use our unique Belonging Model™ to serve over 200 individuals and their families in Montgomery, Bucks and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania.
