OPERATIONS INCLUDE DAILY HOUSEHOLD ACTIVITIES SUCH AS COOKING, CLEANING, LAUNDRY, BATHING, AND RECREATION. IN ADDITION, THE AGENCY PROVIDES ACTIVE TREATMENT SUPPORT IN THE FORM OF TEACHING PLANS, THE ADMINISTRATION OF MEDICATION, AND THE COORDINATION OF MEDICAL SERVICES. THE AGENCY ALSO OPERATES THREE LICENSED ADULT DAY PROGRAMS THAT FOCUS ON HEALTH, FITNESS, AND PRE- VOCATIONAL SKILLS AND CURRENTLY SERVICES 61 INDIVIDUALS. IN-HOME SUPPORT SERVICES ARE ALSO PROVIDED TO 14 INDIVIDUALS. VOCATIONAL SUPPORTS ARE PROVIDED TO INDIVIDUALS WHO WANT TO FIND AND MAINTAIN COMPETITIVE EMPLOYMENT. INDIVIDUALS SUPPORTED HERE HAVE FOUND EMPLOYMENT THAT PAYS A MINIMUM WAGE AND ALLOWS THEM TO WORK ALONGSIDE A VARIETY OF OTHER PEOPLE. THIS SUPPORT ALLOWS THE INDIVIDUAL TO DEVELOP A NETWORK OF VALUED SOCIAL SUPPORTS. OUTPATIENT BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES FOCUS ON INDIVIDUALS WITH CO-OCCURRING DISORDERS, THAT IS, AN INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY, AUTISM, AND A MENTAL HEALTH DIAGNOSIS. THE SERVICE PROVIDES PSYCHIATRIC SUPPORT, THERAPY, AND WORKING TOGETHER AS AN INTEGRATED TEAM WITH OTHER SUPPORTS. THE AGENCY'S ACTIVITIES ARE FINANCED PRIMARILY THROUGH PROGRAM FEES FROM THE YORK/ADAMS MENTAL HEALTH-INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES PROGRAMS AND THE PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WELFARE OFFICE OF DEVELOPMENTAL PROGRAMS (ODP).
