About this organization
Mission
Pittsburgh Irish and Classical Theatre (PICT Classic Theatre), has been Pittsburgh's home for the highest quality productions of classic and Irish theatre since 1996. A company of Pittsburgh, by Pittsburgh, and for Pittsburgh, our mission is to examine current social issues through the lens of classic text, and to showcase the immense talent of local professional actors, designers, technicians, and artists in this city. Though we're internationally recognized for over 25 years, we are proud to make our home in a very familiar neighborhood - performing in the historic Fred Rogers Studio at WQED. PICT is committed to being a community resource for both entertainment and education, both digitally and in-person year after year.
