To fulfill its mission to relieve hunger now, Philabundance distributes food to more than 350 hunger relief agencies throughout a 9-county service area covering southeastern Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey. Through collaboration with manufacturers, grocers, and local agencies, Philabundance is able to purchase, collect and deliver upwards of 30,000,000 pounds of food annually to homeless shelters, soup kitchens, food cupboards, and after-school programs, providing nutritious options to more than 75,000 people per week, including the region's most vulnerable groups including seniors and children.
