Leadership training program - a 9-month in-depth course for individuals who want to increase their knowledge about the community and strengthen leadership skills. Approximately 40 individuals annually visit local nonprofit organizations, complete community service projects, learn about area systems and services, and make connections with local leaders. They graduate from the leadership training program fully prepared to serve on nonprofit boards, in the public sector, and in other leadership roles. The class of 2019 successfully graduated 37 individuals.
