IN THE COMMUNITYBEHAVIORAL HEALTH REHABILITATION SERVICES: BEHAVIORAL HEALTH REHABILITATION SERVICES SERVE CHILDREN IN THE COMMUNITY, HOME AND SCHOOL THROUGH INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY THERAPEUTIC SERVICES AND SUPPORT.BLENDED CASE MANAGEMENT: BLENDED CASE MANAGEMENT HELPS CHILDREN WITH EMOTIONAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CHALLENGES BY CREATING THE OPPORTUNITY FOR FAMILIES TO USE THEIR NATURAL SUPPORTS AND COMMUNITY RESOURCES TO SUCCEED AT HOME, IN SCHOOL, AND IN THE COMMUNITY.SUMMER THERAPEUTIC ENRICHMENT PROGRAM: THE SUMMER THERAPEUTIC ENRICHMENT PROGRAM IS A 6-WEEK THERAPEUTIC AND RECREATIONAL SUMMER CAMP. THROUGH THIS PROGRAM, CHILDREN ENJOY FIELD TRIPS, TAKE PART IN ARTS & CRAFTS AND DEVELOP IMPROVED COPING AND SOCIAL SKILLS. THE PROGRAM ALSO CONNECTS FAMILIES TO VALUABLE HEALTH SERVICES AND COMMUNITY RESOURCES.TRAUMA RECOVERY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM: THE TRAUMA RECOVERY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM INTEGRATES CCTC'S THERAPEUTIC SERVICES WITHIN OTHER ORGANIZATIONS THAT SERVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES.
