Hamilton Health Center (HHC) provides medical and dental services for all ages. These services include: check-ups, examinations, immunizations, OB/GYN, family planning, podiatry, laboratory testing and referrals to specialists. HHC also specializes in chronic disease management, specifically as it relates to diabetes and asthma, providing treatment, education and hope. During the year, we increased our number of enrolled patients, as well as total patient visits, increased the number of staff employed and initiated several new programs. At the invitation of a local private physician, HHC assumed his practice and formed the Union Deposit Family Practice. HHC was designated by the Pennsylvania Governor as one of the state's 45 centers of excellence. HHC also became the primary service provider for the United Way of the Capital Region's Creating a Healthy Community Project. During the year ended March 31, 2019, HHC had 101,668 visits.
