Our mission and vision – our goal is to provide primary integrated healthcare services for neighbors in Butler County, PA and surrounding communities, serving as a vital link in the local healthcare network by providing skilled and compassionate medical, dental and behavioral health care as we partner with other community resources to facilitate healing and hope for those who seek our help. Our primary program is the operation of a community health clinic. We utilize the Volunteers in Medicine clinic model which requires that we make dignity and respect paramount for every patient. Care is provided by physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, nurses and pharmacists and others who volunteer their time and expertise. We also have community members who volunteer their time in the following areas: accounting, administration, clinical support, diabetic education, front desk, patient eligibility, maintenance, and medical records. We are able to provide our patients with medication at no cost to them through the prescription assistance program. Our facility serves as a vital link in the local healthcare network by providing skilled and compassionate medical and dental care as we partner with other community resources to facilitate healing and hope for those who seek our help.
