To accomplish the mission, Williamson gratuitously provides students with academic, trade, technical, moral and religious education, and a living environment based on the Judeo-Christian perspective that fosters the values of faith, integrity, diligence, excellence, and service without charging for tuition, room, or board. Williamson's vision is that of men building a better world by building better families, organizations, and communities. Educational program providing full scholarships for approximately 250 qualified young men. Program expenses include $339,532 of expense funded by Federall Pell Grant awards. Expenses are for training in a trade and for general education courses. Continued on Schedule O. Programs of study include construction management - carpentry; construction management - masonry; paint & coatings technology; machine tool technology; power plant technology; and horticulture, landscaping and turf management. Expenses include salaries, employee benefits, educational supplies and allocated general expenses for these educational programs. Approximately 74% of students graduate, and approximately 98% of graduates find gainful employment in their trade of training within two years of graduation.
