UNLIKE SYRACUSE, BUFFALO PUBLIC SCHOOLS WERE DIVIDED INTO FOUR COHORTS, WITH EACH INCLUDING EQUAL REPRESENTATION OF HIGH, MID AND LOW PERFORMING SCHOOLS. THE FOLLOWING SERVICES HAVE BEEN ROLLED OUT TO EACH COHORT: AFTER SCHOOL AND SUMMER ENRICHMENT PROGRAMMING, COLLEGE COACHING, MENTORING, TUTORING AND ACADEMIC ASSISTANCE, PARENT CENTERS, A CITY-WIDE BOYS AND MEN OF COLOR EFFORT AND LEGAL ASSISTANCE FOR FAMILIES.
