For more than 40 years, Care Dimensions, Inc. (CD), formerly Hospice of the North Shore, Inc. (HNS) has provided hospice and palliative care for countless terminally ill patients and families throughout the North Shore and Greater Boston area. As the most comprehensive not-for-profit hospice provider in Massachusetts, we're dedicated to enriching quality of life by providing expert care, support, education, and consultation for those affected by life-limiting illness, death, and loss.
