Valley Emergency Medical Services (VEMS) is the state-designated paramedic service provider for the entire Lower Naugatuck Valley as well as the town of Monroe. Our mission is to provide emergent pre-hospital advanced life support medical care to the critically sick and injured for the region's 126,500 residents.
