After School Programs: The Boys & Girls Clubs of Mercer County has two community centers that provide after-school programing (ASP). We serve more than 700 students each day. Some of our members are bussed from their neighborhood schools to attend ASP at either site, but we also partner with the Trenton Board of Education to provide ASP in the districts public and Charter schools. Currently we are utilizing five (5) school sites as satellite programs. Our programs focus on supporting the students with homework help, academic enrichment, and physical activities such as karate, dance and soccer. We work on developing their social, and emotional learning and preparing them for their future career path.
