Mission

To provide information and instruction to interested members of the public about different forms of meditation through organized programs and courses.

About

2018 activities: through the following activities more than 700 meditators have received meditation instruction from UMI. UMI has given a series of introductory teachings each month resulting in many new students of the UMI practice of semitic meditation. Students are taught on a one on one basis for 5 sessions in order to become proficient UMI meditators. Each month there is a group meditation/live stream that allows meditators to stay connected and grow in their practice. Additionally each month there are advanced lessons on the Sefer Yitzirah allowing meditators to gain a deeper knowledge of the origins of the UMI practice. We have given in residence retreat meditation courses throughout the year ranging from 3 to 14 days. Our teachings have been made available on Facebook/YouTube with our internet members growing to over 1,900 participants.
