Promoting Safe Stable Families aka The Welcome Home Center.This service provides a safe and nuturing enviroment for children and non-custodial parents to spend quality time together Volunteer staff supervise and maintain physical and emotional safety for children and parents who have been separated due to abuse/neglect or divorce actions. Visitation services are currently available five days a week with evening and weekend hours available to accommodate working parents and school age children. Transportation to and from visits are also provided for children and parents in order to prevent barriers against visitation.
