Promoting Safe Stable Families aka The Welcome Home Center.This service provides a safe and nuturing enviroment for children and non-custodial parents to spend quality time together Volunteer staff supervise and maintain physical and emotional safety for children and parents who have been separated due to abuse/neglect or divorce actions.
