Through our alliance membership, we have created an environment of collaboration and exchange: leaders' mentor programs and parent to parent best practices, management strategies, effective methods to support families of children with disabilities, and networking to utilize information and support from national and statewide parent to parent organizations. P2P also connects families to statewide parent to parent programs, providing technical assistance to experienced and emerging statewide programs, networking parent to parent professionals, and educating families and professionals about the efficacy and methodology of parent to parent support and quality standards.
