Mission

The iLEAP Mission is to nurture a new generation of globally-minded leaders in Japan with the inner and outer resources to pursue lives of purpose and to advance social good. iLEAP designs and delivers a transformational leadership experience that can be customized to meet the needs of those coming from or working in a Japanese context. These trainings take place in Seattle, Washington throughout the calendar year. We have conducted programs as short as one week and as long as eight months; most commonly, programs are one to three weeks in length. Our curricula are centered around learning themes of social innovation and leadership and balances personal inquiry and reflection with social action and collaboration.

About

iLEAP Global Programs consist of our International Fellowship, Southeast Asia Leadership Initiative (SALI), and Latin American Leadership Initiative (LALI). All of our Global Programs are a long-term investment in community-based leadership in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Each program consists of up to 15 participants and ranges in length from 2 to 5 weeks. All together, nearly 50 leaders were served in our Global programs in 2017, hailing from Mexico, Central America, Sub-Saharan Africa, South and Southeast Asia.
