About
Commissioning: The cornerstone of Performance Space New York's artistic practice. The commissioning process starts with the artist, not the project, ensuring the freedom and security necessary for creative risk-taking. Artists are provided with monetary support and the resources of the full administrative, marketing, fundraising, production and programming staff to realize their work. Artist residencies: Performance Space New York provides residency fees and space for several artists throughout the year.
