The mission of FOCH is to provide a safe affordable and comprehensive program of high-quality child care and Early Childhood Education, parental anf family support, as well as academic enrichment and recreational program

FOCH is currently the single largest contracted provider od subsidized child care and early childhood under the New York City Early Learn Program. We currently operate 20 fully funded Early Learn centers in Brooklyn, Manattan and Staten Island, serving a combined enrollment of 1,934 children in our pre-school and infant/toddler programs, of whom 117 are also federally funded Head Start participants. Our Early Learn child -care and pre-school programs provide year round , center-based service of up to 10 hours per day for children aged three months to four years old. All programs are licensed by New York City Dept of Health and Mental Hygiene DOHMH, and staffed by certified, multi-lungual teachers and providers implementing a multicultural curriculum. All children receive a developmentally appropriate education. free daily nutritious meals and snacks prepared on site , and access to community resources such as dental and medical screenings.Our programs also include a robust family engagement component through which families are empowered to participate fully in their childrens educ
