About

Camp Common Ground - The inter-generational family camp founded in 1994, is the Center's marquee program and operates four 1-week sessions in July and August. The program is designed to create positive family outcomes. We welcome people of all ages, ethnicities, orientations, abilities and economic backgrounds. The program focuses on creative expression, fun, great food and community. Campers have the opportunity to explore the many options available in one week or to immerse themselves more deeply in one particular activity. At Camp Common Ground we believe that a healthy family time should provide opportunities for shared experiences, as well as a chance for personal growth and revitalization. Our programs incorporate both of these elements, offering a balance of age specific and multi-age programming. In 2018, CGC devoted $72,000 to financial aid for this program to ensure any family could attend regardless of their ability to pay.
