Girls on the Run of Silicon Valley (GOTRSV) is a life-changing after-school program for 8-14 year old girls. Our goal is to educate and prepare girls for a lifetime of self-respect and healthy living. Girls meet in small teams twice weekly for ten weeks. Through our lessons, girls are empowered with greater self-awareness, a sense of achievement and a foundation in team building to help them become strong, self-confident women who embrace their own unique qualities. We serve girls from all income levels, backgrounds and athletic abilities and provide scholarships to all participants in need of financial assistance.
