COORDINATED AND FACILITATED 1278 FAMILIES WITH OHANA CONFERENCES AND 1084 INDIVIDUALS WITH YOUTH CIRCLES. THE ORGANIZATION COMPLETED 969 FAMILY CONFERENCES FOR OHANA CONFERENCES AND 324 CONFERENCES FOR YOUTH CIRCLES. EPIC TRAININGS WERE CONDUCTED THROUGHOUT THE STATE FOR SOCIAL WORKERS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS. FAMILY FINDING SERVICES WERE PROVIDED TO 1003 FAMILIES, AND FAMILY CONNECTIONS SERVICES TO 12 FAMILIES.HI HOPES BOARDS AND COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP BOARDS WERE ESTABLISHED IN ALL COUNTIES TO IMPROVE SERVICES FOR FOSTER YOUTH. EPIC CONTINUES TO BE THE LEAD AGENCY FOR THE HI HOPES INITIATIVE (FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE HAWAII YOUTH OPPORTUNITIES INITIATIVE). 26 YOUTH/YOUNG ADULTS STATEWIDE PARTICIPATED AS COUNCIL MEMBERS; 49 YOUTH/YOUNG ADULTS AND COUNCIL MEMBERS RECEIVED LEADERSHIP SKILL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING; 447 FOSTER AND FORMER FOSTER YOUTH/YOUNG ADULTS PARTICIPATED IN CONFERENCES, TRAININGS OR ACTIVITIES IN COLLABORATION WITH THE HI HOPES COUNCIL.WRAPAROUND SERVICES WERE PROVIDED TO 56 FAMILIES ON O`AHU AND HAWAI`I ISLAND WITH 197 MEETINGS WITH FAMILIES.THE INDEPENDENT LIVING COLLABORATOR (ILC) PROGRAM CREATED AND MAINTAINS THE FOSTER HOPE HAWAII MOBILE APP TO HELP YOUNG PEOPLE AND STAKEHOLDERS CONNECT TO RESOURCES. THERE WERE 39 ILC PARTNERSHIP MEETINGS AND THE ILC STATEWIDE CONFERENCE ATTRACTED 102 YOUNG PEOPLE AND 231 OTHER ATTENDEES.
